My over all quality of life was good before using Cannabis. However, I would have considered myself a little more narrow minded, a little more guarded, and tense.

Path to cannabis
I began using medical cannabis in my early 20’s to deal with stress.
I have tried all kinds of medicinal cannabis. Smoking, vaping, edibles, tinctures, creams.
I find for smoking a high cbd amd very low THC blend works best for grounding me. Too high tch gives me anxiety. For edibles I prefer a 1-1 cbd/THC blend 2.5mg of each. This gives me a very smooth-grounded feeling that allows me to engage and focus on difficult tasks.

Medical cannabis has helped me deal with stress but it has also exasperated it at times too.
